Former Justice HM Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik-led five-member governing board of Evaly appointed by the High Court resigned from the e-commerce platform.

Other board members are- former Local Government Division Secretary Mohammad Rezaul Ahsan, former Additional Secretary Mahbub Kabir Milon, Chartered Accountant Fakhruddin Ahmed and Company Act Expert lawyer Barrister Khan Mohammad Shamim Aziz.

Confirming the matter on Tuesday, Evaly's current Managing Director and former

Additional Secretary Mahbub Kabir Milon said their resignation letter will be presented in court on Wednesday.

He said, “We have stepped down. We will uphold the matter in court on Wednesday and then, will provide detailed information” -  Special Correspondent
