Export earnings grew by 24.9% in July, the first month of the 2025-26 fiscal year, largely boosted by ready-made garment (RMG) exports, data from the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) revealed on Monday.

Total exports reached $4.77 billion in July, up from $3.81 billion in the same month last year.

RMG exports rose 24.67%, hitting $3.96 billion compared to $3.18 billion in July 2024.

The country’s total exports amounted to $48.28 billion in the 2024-25 fiscal year.
