Biman carries 21 Hajj pilgrims to KSA under spl management



Dhaka, June 13 - Biman Bangladesh Airlines carried 21 pilgrims to Saudi Arabia to perform the holy Hajj under special management even after completion of the pre-Hajj flight schedule.

The departure of the 21 hajj pilgrims was uncertain due to the completion of the pre-Hajj flight and no airlines agreed to transport the passengers.

In this situation, Biman Bangladesh Airlines came forward to transport the said Hajj passengers.

Later, Biman Bangladesh Airlines and Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Authorities with the special permission of Saudi Arabia managed to send the hajj pilgrims on Wednesday through BG-135 (Dhaka-Chittagong-Jeddah) flight, according to a press release issued on Thursday.
