Unidentified woman's body recovered from Kalapara riverbank
People having a look at the body of an unidentified women on a riverbank in Kalapara.
Patuakhali: The naval police recovered the body of an unidentified (30) woman from the river bank in Kalapara, Patuakhali. The body was recovered from the bank of the Rabnabad river in Nayapara village of Lalua union of the upazila around 4:30 pm on Sunday. At that time, the body was wearing only a red pajama. However, no one could confirm whether the body had floated from the river or how the woman died.
Payra Port Naval Police In-charge Nayan Karkun said that members of the Naval Police are present at the spot.
After the investigation by the PBI and CID teams, the body will be sent to the morgue for autopsy.
