The deceased was Jahirul Haque Bhuyian, 70, son of late Fazil Uddin, hailed from Laxmibardi area of Araihazar Upazila in Narayanganj.
A death row inmate of Kashimpur jail died after he felt chest pains and was taken to hospital on Friday morning.
The deceased was Jahirul Haque Bhuyian, 70, son of late Fazil Uddin, hailed from Laxmibardi area of Araihazar Upazila in Narayanganj.
Senior jail super of Kashimpur high security jail Subrata Kumar Bala said the prisoner was taken to Gazipur Shahid Tazuddin Ahmed medical college hospital where duty doctor declared him dead at 6am.
