DSCC adds 10 new pay-loaders to boost waste management system

Dhaka, June 10 - Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has bolstered its waste management fleet with the inclusion of ten new pay-loaders. This addition is expected to significantly enhance the operational capacity of the corporation.

Rangs Motors Limited CEO Ahmed Shahriar Anwar handed over the keys to DSCC Mayor Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh at the DSCC main office premises on Monday.

In preparation for Eid-ul-Azha, DSCC invested Tk 8.29 crore from its own funds to buy the 10 pay-loaders, aiming to streamline its waste management operations during the festival.

Following the key handover, Mayor Taposh inspected the new equipment. The new pay-loaders will not only modernize the waste management process but also expedite waste removal operations, he said.

The DSCC Mayor noted that these pay-loaders will play a crucial role in managing the waste from sacrificial animals and markets during the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha. Furthermore, the addition of these pay-loaders will enhance the corporation's overall capacity.

With a two-year warranty, Rangs Motors Limited will provide necessary training to the operators of these pay-loaders.
