"Temperature is likely to fall in the country after the end of the current week"



Dhaka, Jan 13 - Bangladesh Meteorological Department has predicted that the temperature may fall across the country after the end of the current week.

Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, having chances of light rain/ drizzle at one or two places over Rangpur division, said a Met office bulletin on Monday.

Moderate to thick fog is likely at places over the country during late night to early morning.

Night temperature may rise slightly over southern part and it may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere across the country.

Day temperature is likely to remain nearly unchanged over the country.

Today's lowest temperature was recorded  at 10.80C in Jashore .

Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining area. Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending it's trough to North Bay. -UNB
