Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba submitted his resignation on Wednesday, signaling a planned government reshuffle.

Parliamentary Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk shared Kuleba’s resignation letter on Facebook. The resignation of other key officials, including the deputy prime minister and the justice minister, is also expected to be considered, with new appointments slated for Thursday.

Kuleba, who has served as foreign minister since 2020, played a key role in Ukraine’s international diplomacy during the ongoing Russian invasion. He met with Western leaders, including EU foreign ministers last week, as Ukraine sought additional military support.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during his nightly address, highlighted the need for government reforms and emphasized the importance of enhancing Ukraine’s diplomatic and cultural outreach. “We need to elevate our information work, cultural diplomacy, and relations with the global Ukrainian community,” Zelenskyy said, expressing gratitude to those supporting these changes.
