UN Security Council to Hold Emergency Meeting on Monday

The UN Security Council will convene an emergency meeting on Monday at Iran's request, prompted by Israel's recent missile strikes in response to an October 1 attack by Tehran.


The Swiss presidency of the UNSC announced that the meeting will proceed with support from Algeria, China, and Russia.
