যখন ইসরাইল বারবার বিমান হামলা চালিয়ে দেশটিতে আঘাত হানছে ঠিক সে সময় ইরানে ৫.১ মাত্রার ভূমিকম্প অনুভূত হয়েছে।
শুক্রবার (২০ জুন) রাতে দেশটির উত্তরাঞ্চলে এ ভূমিকম্প আঘাত হানে বলে জানায় মার্কিন ভূতাত্ত্বিক জরিপ সংস্থা (ইউএসজিএস)।
এখন পর্যন্ত কোনো হতাহত বা ক্ষয়ক্ষতির খবর পাওয়া যায়নি।
ইরানের তাসনিম সংবাদ সংস্থা জানায়, ৫.১ মাত্রার ভূমিকম্পটি সেমনান শহর থেকে প্রায় ৩৭ কিলোমিটার (২৩ মাইল) দক্ষিণ-পশ্চিমে ১০ কিলোমিটার (ছয় মাইল) গভীরতায় আঘাত হেনেছে।
