Two motorcyclists killed in Cumilla road accident

Two motorcyclists were killed and another was injured as a bus ran over them at Barura upazila in Cumilla district.



Two motorcyclists were killed and another was injured as a bus ran over them at Barura upazila in Cumilla district.
The incident took place on Wednesday (February 8) around 11:15 in Moulvibazar area of the upazila.
The deceased were identified as Md Ahidur Rahman, 40, and Md Sagor, 19. Both are the residents of Hesakhal area under Langalkot upazila of the district.
Sub-inspector (SI) of Barura Police Station Ali Martuza confirmed the matter.
Quoting locals, police said the three were going to Chairman Poll area riding on a motorcycle. On the way, they were run over by a reckless bus in Moulvibazar area. Ahidur and Sagar died on the spot.
