Navana Group Vice Chairman arrested in Dhaka

Navana Group Vice Chairman Sazedul Islam was arrested from his residence at. Banani early Wednesday in connection with a labour court case.


Tejgaon Industrial area police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mahbubur Rahman said there was an arrest warrant against Sazedul Islam in a labour court case.

He was arrested around 7am on Wednesday based on the warrant, the OC said.

Following his arrest, Sazedul Islam was taken to the police station and later sent to a court, he added, reports UNB.
