DMP files 1,735 cases over traffic violations in Dhaka

The Traffic Department of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) filed 1,735 cases against individuals for violating traffic rules on various city streets of the capital.


Additionally, 138 vehicles were dumped, and 44 vehicles were towed during the drive conducted on Sunday (January 26), reports UNB.

DMP's Traffic Division will continue such drives to ensure discipline on Dhaka streets, said Muhammad Talebur Rahman, DC (media) of DMP.
