CPP organizes 2-day skills development training in Kalapara
Skills development training of Cyclone Preparedness Programme held in Kalapara.
Patuakhali: A 2-day skill development training program for volunteers has been started at Kalapara of Patuakhali under the initiative of CPP. Kalapara Cyclone Preparedness Program (CPP) organizes training on funded by Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief. The development training program will be held on Wednesday and Thursday.
Kalapara UNO Md Jahangir Hossain inaugurated the training program as the chief guest under the chairmanship of Upazila CPP officer Md Ashad Uzzaman Khan. Kalapara Upazila Team Leader Abdul Motaleb Fakir, Kalapara Press Club Secretary and CPP Unit Team Leader SM Mosharraf Hossain Mintu spoke on the occasion.
CPP trainer and union deputy team leader Md. Ivan Matubbar conducted the training of the skill development training program. 40 members of units 8 and 14 of CPP received training in the training program. - Gofran Biswas Palash
