Palestine Ambassador to Bangladesh Yousef SY Ramadan met with Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at the State House Jamuna today.

Palestine’s Ambassador to Bangladesh, Yousef SY Ramadan, has expressed deep gratitude to the Bangladeshi people for their unwavering support to Palestinians amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

“There is no food, no medicine. Children are the main victims,” he said while calling on Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at the State House Jamuna.

Ambassador Ramadan lauded Bangladesh’s solidarity, noting that many citizens were sending aid for food and medicine. He also thanked the government for standing with Muslim nations in condemning Israel’s recent ‘Greater Israel’ map.

The envoy urged Bangladesh to consider importing more Palestinian products and conveyed his support for the Interim Government.

Chief Adviser Yunus reaffirmed Bangladesh’s commitment to Palestine, expressing hope that more nations would soon recognise the Palestinian state and that a two-state solution would ultimately be realised.
