20 vehicles vandalized in Feni

Miscreants vandalized a total of 20 goods-laden vehicles in Feni district on the first day of BNP’s ninth phase of 48-hour blockade on Sunday (December 3).

Locals and witnesses said a rally led by district Swechchhasebak Dal president Saidur Rahman Juwel and general secretary SM Kaysar was brought out around 4:00pm. Meanwhile, couple of leaders and activists from the rally vandalized the vehicles.

Swechchhasebak Dal president Saidur Rahman Juwel said none of our party's leaders are involved in this incident.

Feni Model police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md Shahidul Islam Chowdhury said on information police rushed to the spot. Legal action will be taken after investigation.
