Soybean oil price drops by Tk 14 per litre

The price of edible oil has been reduced by Taka 14 per litre to Taka 178 per litre from the existing Taka 192 per litre. 

This new price will be made effective from tomorrow, reports BSS.

Bangladesh Vegetable Oil Refiners & Vanaspati Manufacturers Association informed this at a press release today.

It said that the new retail price of per litre bottled soybean oil will be Taka 178 per litre while that of loose soybean oil is Taka 158 per litre. The five litre jar of soybean will be sold at Taka 880, added the press release.
