Switzerland is keen to support Bangladesh to overcome the country's economic challenges.

Ambassador of Switzerland to Bangladesh Reto Renggli today expressed the keenness while meeting with Planning Adviser Wahiduddin Mahmud at the Planning Ministry in the city, said a press release.

During the meeting, they discussed various issues, including human rights, labour law and climate change, reports BSS.

Wahiduddin Mahmud thanked the Swiss envoy and laid emphasis on expanding technology based education in the country to increase productivity and competitiveness in the world market.

He urged the Swiss government to reduce tariff for increasing trade between the two countries.
