The Bangladesh Army has been continuing its humanitarian assistance and relief operations in flood-affected areas under the Chattogram Area, providing food, safe drinking water and other essential supplies to affected communities.

Army personnel are working round the clock to support flood victims and help ease their hardships, said an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release today.

As part of the ongoing relief efforts, troops are distributing food items, ensuring the supply of safe drinking water and providing necessary assistance to residents in various flood-hit localities.

The ISPR said the Bangladesh Army will maintain its humanitarian support activities in the affected areas until the overall flood situation improves and normalcy is restored, reports BSS.
