Bangladesh Venture Capital (BVCL) Signs MoU with E-CAB

Bangladesh Venture Capital Limited (BVCL) – a sister concern of Daffodil Family has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with e- Commerce Association of Bangladesh (e –CAB) today at VIP Lounge of Daffodil Education Network premises. Shomo Kaiser,

President, e-CAB and Md. Jahir Uddin, Managing Director, Bangladesh Venture Capital Limited signed the MoU on behalf of their respective Organization. Dr. Md. Sabur Khan, Founder and Chairman, Daffodil International University was virtually present in the program as the chief guest. Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Chief Executive Officer of Daffodil Family was present as the special guest in the program. The program was also attended by Mohammad Abdul Haque (Anu),

General Secretary, Bangladesh Internet Governance Forum, Farha Mahmud Trina, Vice Chairman of Investment Standing Committee of e-CAB, K M Hassan Ripon, Executive Director, Daffodil Politechnique Institute, Mr. Jahirul Islam, Senior Investment Analyst, Mahfizur Rahman, Investment Associate of BVCL, Ameena Hasan Ena, Deputy Director, Md. Anowar Habib Kazal, Sr. Assistant Director of Daffodil International University were present.

Under this agreement BVCL Will extend financial facilities to the MSME stature Member of E-CAB subject to proper investment assessment, evaluation and business worthiness of the Member as per the policy of BVCL. Both the parties will promote the services organize jointly in accordance with the mutual agreement. BVCL will promote the products and services after invested which offered by the E-CAB to their customer base.

Addressing as the chief guest Dr. Md. Sabur Khan said, In real sense for the development of Entrepreneurs BVCL and e-CAB want to work together using the resources of the Entrepreneurship department collaborating with Daffodil International University. He also stressed on to set up a Digital Literacy Center in collaboration with e-CAB and expand the activities of e-commerce outside of Dhaka.
