Hasan exchanges views with journos on Mass Media Employees Bill draft

Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today exchanged views with the leaders of journalists over draft of the Mass Media Employees (services and conditions) Bill-2022.

Secretary of the ministry Md Mokbul Hossain, senior journalists Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury and Manjurul Ahsan Bulbul, Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) president Omar Faruque, its secretary general Dip Azad, Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) president Sohel Haider Chowdhury, general secretary Akther Hossain and officials of the ministry were present in the meeting.

Hasan, also Awami League joint general secretary, gave directives to revise the draft of the Bill along with stakeholders.
