Army Chief off to Czech Republic, Slovakia on five-day visit

Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman left here today for a five-day official visit to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.


According to a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate, the Army Chief  left for the two European countries in the morning.

During the visit, he is scheduled to meet key defence officials and dignitaries of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, reports BSS.

He is scheduled to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral defence relations and cooperation there, added the ISPR.
