2 held with 875 yaba tablets in Rajshahi

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in an anti-crime drive arrested two alleged drug peddlers with 875 pieces of contraband yaba tablets from a place in Natore district this morning.  
The arrested persons were Mokhlesh Ali, 40, son of Ramzan Ali of Nur Nagar village in Rajshahi district, and Abdus Sattar, 50, son of late Shahaman Mondal of Chandrapaul village in Natore district.

RAB said acting on a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted a raid in Darikachhikata area of Gurdaspur upazila in Natore district around 11.10 am. The operation team recovered the Yaba after searching their bodies.  

A case was recorded with Gurdaspur Police Station in this connection, reports BSS.
