Expatriate’s wife found dead in Rajshahi

Police on Friday morning recovered the body of a house wife in Rajshahi city.



Police on Friday morning recovered the body of a house wife in Rajshahi city.

Deceased Rupali Khatun, 25, was wife of Saudi Arabia expatriate Harun ur Rashid, a resident of Atrai upazila in Naogaon district.

According to locals, Rupali lived in a rented house in Dashpakur DC Mor area. In the morning, Abu Bakr Siddiq, elder son of the owner of the house, saw the body was lying in front of the gate when he went out to perform ablution for Fajr prayers.

Later, he informed the matter to police.

Rajpara Model Police Station OC Jahangir Alam said being informed, they recovered the body and sent it to hospital morgue for autopsy.
