Amu calls for building resistance against BNP-Jammat

Awami League (AL) Advisory Council Member and spokesperson of the 14-party alliance Amir Hossain Amu today called for building resistance against BNP-Jamaat evil forces.

In a statement, he made the comments protesting terror acts and anarchy of BNP-Jamaat in the name of rally.

Amu strongly condemned the anarchy and destructive activities created by BNP-Jamaat evil forces in Dhaka city.

They (BNP-Jamaat) set fire on different government establishments and attacked residence of chief justice, hospitals, media workers, members of law enforcement agencies as well as business establishments, he added.

During the rally, BNP killed one member of Bangladesh police and injured 41 members of law enforcement agencies and 15 media workers, Amu said, adding activists of BNP injured over 50 workers and leaders of Awami League, reports BSS.
