Rain likely in five divisions

(BSS) - Rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at a few places over Khulna and Dhaka divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Barishal and Chattogram divisions, said a Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) bulletin issued for 24 hours from 9 am today.

"Moderate to thick fog may occur in the river basins and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country from late night to tomorrow morning," it added.
Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may fall slightly over the country.
Country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded 28.5 degrees Celsius at Khepupara while today's minimum temperature 9.3 degrees Celsius was recorded at Tetulia.
Maximum rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6am today was recorded 31 millimeters (mm) at Satkhira.
The sun sets at 5:43 pm today and rises at 6:40 am tomorrow in the capital.
