Rain likely in 4 divisions

Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rangpur and Sylhet divisions with hails at isolated places, in the next 24 hours from 9am today.

“Mild to moderate heat wave sweeping over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions may continue. Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country,” a weather bulletin said.
Country’s maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 40.2 degrees Celsius at Khepupara and the minimum temperature today was 21.5 degrees Celsius at Tetulia, reports BSS.
The sun sets at 6:21 PM today and rises at 5:35 AM tomorrow in the capital.
