Moderate cold wave in northern dists, fog all over forecast

Cold wave seeps over northern districts of Bangladesh.



Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country. Moderate to dense fog may occur over the country during midnight to morning and it may continue till noon at places over the country, according to the forecast made by the Bangladesh Meteorological Department. 

Air navigation, inland river transport and road communication may disrupt due to dense fog. Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. 

Mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over the districts of Dinajpur, Panchagarh & Nilphamari and it may continue. 

Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to West Bengal and adjoining northwestern part of Bangladesh. Seasonal low lies over South Bay, extending it's trough to North Bay. 

Moderate to dense fog may occur over the country during midnight to morning and it may continue till noon at places over the country. Air navigation, inland river transport and road communication may disrupt due to dense fog. 

Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country, the forecast said.
