As the weather keeps alternating between rainfall and heat, it is a matter of concern how the weather will be on Eid day.

According to the weather forecast from 9am on Saturday till the next 72 hours, light to moderate rain or thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and a few places over Dhaka, Rajshahi, and Chittagong divisions and one or two places over the Khulna and Barisal divisions.
Moderately heavy to very heavy falls are expected at places over the Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Sylhet divisions.
A mild heatwave is sweeping over Khulna division and Gopalgonj district and it may continue, reports DT.
Day and night temperatures may rise slightly over the country. Due to excessive moisture content, the discomfort may persist.
The trough of low lies over West Bengal to northwest Bay. Monsoon is fairly active over Bangladesh and moderate over North Bay.
