12306 Hajj pilgrims return home

A total of 12,306 Hajj pilgrims in 33 flights have returned home on completion of holy Hajj in Saudi Arabia.



A total of 12,306 Hajj pilgrims in 33 flights have returned home on completion of holy Hajj in Saudi Arabia.
Besides, another Bangladeshi Hajj pilgrim passed away while performing Hajj in Saudi Arabia (Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi Rajiun), taking the total death toll to 23 in this season.
The deceased was identified as Md Kamal Uddin Majumdar, 62, a pilgrim from Chattogram district, died in the holy city of Mecca.
A Hajj bulletin issued from the IT Helpdesk of the Ministry of Religious Affairs came up with the information.
So far this year, sixteen men and seven women have died in Saudi Arabia during the holy Hajj.
