Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) Saturday predicted that weather may remain mainly dry.



Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) Saturday predicted that weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country in the next 24 hours commencing 9am Saturday.

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may fall slightly over the country.

The met office bulletin also predicted that the dry weather is likely tocontinue and the temperature may rise over the weekend.

Country's maximum temperature on Friday was recorded 34.0 degrees Celsius at Sitakunda and today's minimum temperature 16.0 degrees Celsius was recorded at Tetulia.

However, no rainfall was traced anywhere across the country in the last 24 hours till 6am Saturday.

The sun sets at 05.23 pm Saturday and rises at 06:03 am Sun in the capital.
