23 more criminals arrested from Geneva Camp area

Police on Monday in a special raid arrested 23 more criminals on various charges at Geneva Camp area of the city’s Mohammadpur.
The raid was conducted from 12noon to 2:30pm on Monday, a police press release said.
During the raid, police recovered illegal drug traders and home made weapons from their possessions, reports BSS.
All the arrestees are professionally involved in drug trading, snatching and wanted in various criminal cases, the release said.
They were sent to the court.
The law enforcers arrested several hundreds of professional criminals from Mohammadpur area including two top criminals of Geneva Camp area Selim Ashrafi alias Chuha Selim and Md. Akram alias Killer Akram in special raids that started after the August 5 changeover.
