Home Affairs Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury



Home Affairs Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury visited the headquarters of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) and Armed Police Battalion (APBn) in Uttara this morning.


According to a release from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the adviser took the opportunity to inquire about the overall operations of both forces. He instructed senior officers to prioritize the welfare of their personnel, ensuring proper accommodation, food, and other essential facilities for the subordinate forces.

The adviser also encouraged the members of RAB and APBn to approach their duties with a strong sense of public service.

Senior officers from both forces were present during the visit.
