Senior journalists Rafiq, Bashir Biswas remembered in Kalapara

Memorial meeting on Senior journos Rafiq Biswas and Bashir Biswas held in Kalapara.

Patuakhali: A memorial meeting was held on the occasion of the fourth death anniversary of late senior journalist Rafiq Biswas and the second death anniversary of Md. Bashir Uddin Biswas at the Kalapara Press Club of Patuakhali.

On Saturday (October 21st) at 7 pm, this memorial meeting was held at Kalapara press club's engineer Md. Tauhidur Rahman (CIP)  auditorium under the chairmanship of Press Club President Md. Humayun Kabir. Press club secretary SM Mosharef Hossain Mintu moderated the memorial meeting with the feeling of 'You are always alive in our heart...'. Former press club president Mejbah Uddin Mannu, journalist Jeeban Kumar Mandal, Nechar Uddin Ahmed Tipu, Enamul Haque, Gofran Palash, Milan Kormoker Raju and others spoke in the meeting.

During this time, the speakers discussed the golden achievements of the late two journalist brothers.

Before this, a minute's silence was observed to pray for the peace of the departed souls of the two journalists. Prayers were held at the end of the ceremony. - Gofran Biswas Palash
