Over 20 Countries to participate in BTTF 2026 beginning Oct 29

Dhaka, 07 September, 2026 – Bangladesh’s one of the flagship international tourism events, the Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair (BTTF) 2026, is set to be held from 29-31 October 2026 at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center (BCFCC), Dhaka. The event is expected to bring together national and international tourism stakeholders from more than 20 countries, including tour operators, airlines, hotels, tourism boards and related service providers under one platform.

Organized by the Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), the apex tourism association of Bangladesh, the three-day international tourism fair aims to promote tourism, create new business opportunities, and strengthen regional and international collaboration. The title sponsor of BTTF 2026 is US-Bangla Airlines.

The details of BTTF 2026 were announced at a press conference held on Monday, 07 September, at Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport. Mohammed Hanif, President of TOAB, presided over the press conference.

The event is expected to feature more than 200 booths and stalls, 220+ exhibitors, 250+ qualified buyers, 2,500+ trade visitors, and over 60,000 public visitors. More than 200 airlines, hotels, and tour operators are expected to participate across four themed exhibition halls, making BTTF 2026 a major platform for both trade and consumer engagement.

The fair is supported by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Ministry of Cultural Affairs, National Skills Development Authority (NSDA), Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Bangladesh Tourism Board, Bangladesh Tourist Police, and the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI). To execute the fair successfully, Crowne Plaza Dhaka Airport is serving as the Platinum Hospitality Partner, OPAS Communications Ltd. as the PR Partner, M360ICT as the Technology Partner, and Convoy Service as the Transport Partner.

Tourism-related organizations, tour operators and travel agencies from more than 20 countries are expected to participate in this year’s fair. Participants from Nepal, India, Singapore, Maldives and Philippines has confirmed to attend the fair. Alongside, participants from Turkiye, UAE, China, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Thailand, Brunei, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Azerbaijan are also expected to join the fair. The participation of international tourism stakeholders will provide a significant platform for destination promotion, business networking and the expansion of tourism partnerships between Bangladesh and global markets.

With over 13 editions, BTTF has become one of the leading tourism marketplaces in South Asia, connecting buyers and sellers in a dynamic, high-energy environment; facilitating business opportunities, and encouraging collaboration across the regional and international travel and tourism industry. BTTF 2026 is expected to further strengthen Bangladesh’s position in the global tourism landscape.
