“Coronavirus infections rose to around four percent in last week which was below one percent earlier. Therefore, a directive has been given again to keep hospital beds and intensive care units ready to address the Covid surge,” according to a press release issued on Wednesday (June 15) night.
In recent times, the country is witnessing a surge in Covid-19 infection. In this situation, a directive has been given to keep hospital beds and ICUs ready in order to ensure proper treatment for Covid-19 patients, the release said.
